About Kirsty

My background

Kirsty Milne is a Holistic Therapist who trained at North Tyneside College, studying a wide range of massage and complementary therapies, including advanced techniques in body massage and reflexology. She has trained in Beauty Therapy at Newcastle College, and is a Reiki II practitioner.

Kirsty graduated in 2002 from St Andrews University, Fife, with an M.A. in Philosophy. Kirsty comes from a family of four generations of Naturopathic practitioners, and believes in the body's innate ability to heal itself, supported with the right care and conditions.

Kirsty is a fully insured member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and a member of the International Council of Holistic Therapists.
